The Save the Rink event goes off seemingly without a hitch, but Nicki discovers that Leonard’s in deep with the mob when she catches him stealing the Save the Rink proceeds to pay off his debts. Bobbie and Liam find themselves in a much darker timeline back in the 2020s, where Dante Diamond has become an unstoppable force in the music industry and converted the rink into a museum honoring himself. In this timeline, Liam doesn’t exist, and Nicki has become a one-hit-wonder under the stage name “Summer Raines.” Just as they begin to lose hope, a voicemail from Nicki appears on their phones.
