The better we understand human nature, self-centered personalities, passive aggressive behavior, personality disorders including narcissism and borderline, the better we equip our lives centered around knowledge and personal empowerment. The more we center ourselves around healthy companionship, family, friends, and co-workers, the more time we have to work on ourselves to be the best version of us! This show is dedicated to anyone who has had enough of manipulation, gaslighting, and others trying to control them through manipulative tactics including the silent treatment and passive aggressive behavior. Instead of finding yourself in constant reaction mode due to someone else’s criticism, mental and emotional abuse, and childish behaviors, you choose to thrive and surround yourself with healthy people. This show is your safe zone and the place to learn and make huge strides in your relationships and in your life to get the healthy life you deserve.
