Col. Gary Howze. Florida Highway Patrol, offered some thoughts on Amendment 3. It makes sense because the Troopers on our roadways wil be dealing with the consequences if this passes ... and so will you.

Much will be decided on (or around ... maybe) November 5th (I see you Pennsylvania).

Sal Nuzz of Consumers Defense came in to layout all of the issues on the ballot and what will be decided.

I do not solicit interviews with judicial candidates. The reason? Rules prohibit them from saying much of anything because they have to be impartial and rule based on the law as written and evidence as presented. Historically, I found those sit downs to be problematic. However, Robert Churchill reached out to the show and asked. Doing a show visit was a "No;" a podcast sitdown made more sense. So here you go ... as always, no edits...

Is there any downside? The answer is, "No" and Preston discussed it with Patrick Chapin, CEO/President of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce.

He is one of Preston's favorites, NYT's Best-Selling Authors, Tom Clavin. Tom has written, once again, about the wild west, this time chronicling some of the most iconic names and places. Join them for a trip back in time and visit "Bandit Heaven - The Hole-In-The-Wall Gans and The Final Chapter of The Wild West." Don't miss out Tom's previous works.

Whether it's a church or synagogue service, perhaps a meeting of the loca civic organization there are things to consider. This month Charlie Strickland, Talon Training Group, returned to The Morning Show and visited with Preston on some important lessons to learn as well as ways to properly train.

Preston had concerns about the claimed wind ferocity of Hurricane Helene (and subsequently Milton) and a report from the National Weather Service proved his concerns to be valid and on-target. Scott Beekin, the Beeline Blogger, released an in-depth report on the subject of hurriacnes and what the record tells us.

Members of Florida's 3rd Congressional District have a good one with Rep, Kat Cammack. Sad that our visit with her had to follow another storm smacking the region.

In case you were aware, the November 5th general election is going to determine a lot. Mostly, whether we have a country going forward. I asked Justin Haskins of the Heartland Institute to offer some insight into what matters most and why.

Preston is a fan, unabashedly so, of the band Mercy Me. The guys are coming to town on October 11th at the Tucker Center (Preston might have been first to buy seats) and he got the chance to visit with guitarist, vocalist Mike Scheuchzer (we dare you to try pronouncing it). He's on Instagram and X. It was a great visit and we think you will enjoy this insight into one of the most popular bands in the world of contemporary Christian...

The answer to the question is that this is Florida State. A team which should have played for a national title last season. Yeah, it lost some key (and great) players, but it's the same coaching staff and ... well, darn it, it's FSU. The team is back, right? Well, clearly there are issues and we discussed those remaining topics and some lingering questions with Ira Schoffel of Warchant.com.

Danny Francis works with one of Preston's clients, At Ease Tree Service. His life story, thus far, is a testimony of the grace of God.

J.D. Johnson.,Talon Training Group, came in-studio. Preston hit him with a couple of news stories and got J.D.'s reaction, then transitioned to how aging citizens can better protect themselves. He also touched on some training tips and addressed the topic of maintaining your firearms, notably your handguns.
