Welcome to Crying in Public, just another weekly podcast hosted by two 20-something, college women living in NYC. Follow along while they dive into growing up in a time where there’s no distinction between what’s public and what’s private. Even though we’re encouraged to put ONLY our best self forward on social media, these ladies dare to be open as young women navigating the 21st century. As they love to say: sh*t happens, might as well cry about it.
In the first episode of the week, the girls have an honest conversation about drinking culture and the role that alcohol plays in their everyday life as they continue to transition from college-life to actual adulthood. From learning the signs of having an unhealthy relationship with drinking, to learning how to navigate moderation, or learning how to say "no," this conversation is one of our favorites to date.

In today's episode, the girls discuss the age old burden of "finding yourself," and what that process looks like for two women in their mid-twenties navigating post-graduate life and the beginning of their careers and new relationships. Do you ever really "find yourself," or is it a constant process informed by the everyday experiences we encounter?

From meditation and self-care to hilarious anecdotes that (of course) would only happen to us, we discuss what it's like to both be on both sides of a breakup and how to deal with it after the deed is done.
